Cleaning service FAQ's

Must I be at home when you clean my house?

It's your choice. We encourage you to be there to meet your housekeeper for the first visit at least long enough to show them home all rooms. You should point out where all the equipment and supplies are kept. It helps greatly for you to make a list of your priorities (these may vary from visit to visit). This list can then be used by a substitute in the event your regular person is ill. The housekeeper will do just about anything they can to help you.

If you can not be at home when the maid arrives, please inform to our office and give us specific instructions to enter the house.

How many cleaners will clean my house?

We work as a single person, or in teams of two people to four, depending on the size of homes and hours in our schedule. A Team Leader (supervisor) supervises and works with the team, and checks the quality of each cleaning.

Are the maid or teams trained and supervised?

All of our maids, housekeepers and teams members are trained before they're permitted to clean your house. Each team has a supervisor who is in charge of making sure nothing is missed and that any special requests we receive from our customers is taken care of.

Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?

We provide the cleaning products upon request (charge U$9,75).
If you choose to use your own products or equipment because of allergic or other reasons, please let the office know and leave them out where we can easily find them, preferably in the kitchen area.

How do I pay for your house cleaning services?

Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash, or credit card (Press on the logo of PayPal in this page). If you are not home during your initial cleaning we will ask you for the full estimated amount. If it takes less time then we estimated we refund the difference.
On your regular scheduled cleanings we ask that you leave payment on your kitchen counter. If you pay by credit card the payment will be made 24 hours before the maid start the service.

How do you protect my keys?

Your key is secured in a locked key safe that only the management has access to. The key is issued to your maid or team supervisor who returns it at the end of the day.

What is the cost of my cleaning services?

Your fee is based on the size and condition of your home and how much time is spent on your home. Please contact us by phone at (954)-323-2281 or the Book a Cleaner Form to get a free cleaning estimate for your home or office.
However, because of the uncertainty inherent in the estimation process by phone (we don't see your house in person), the estimate can change over time as new information by our maid is received.
We make the final estimate for futures services based in information provided by our maids or supervisors.
